Congratulations to our recently graduated neighbors from

CHELSEA HEIGHTS DEVELOPMENT, which opened a fine restaurant

called the BILTMORE ROOM on 8th Avenue and 25th Street.

They just got reviewed in the New York Times and it was magnificent.

That review also made mention of our good neighbors at F & B GUDTFOOD, who, by the way, are about to open another eatery at Lexington and 52nd. And if you haven’t tried one of their delicious hot dogs already, run to

F & B GUDTFOOD’s 23rd Street location, near 8th Avenue.

They have a large variety of hot dogs – – and they’re the best in town!
